I ordered a while ago... where is my package?
First, thanks for your purchase from jasmere. We want to make sure you get what you ordered as quickly as possible... if you are like us, the hours of waiting can move very slowly! Don't worry, your package is most likely on its way...
... but let's make sure, and get you a more precise update. The best way to do that is to contact the merchant directly... you can find their contact info on your jasmere receipt (usually it's a customer service email address). If you can't find it, contact us and we'll get the address for you.
Note that here at jasmere, we don't send out the packages... so we don't have access to tracking numbers, etc. But all merchants agree to send within two business days of the feature's end, and efficiently handle any customer inquiries of this nature.
If you ever have trouble getting a rapid, direct and accurate response from a merchant, please contact us asap. We'll get it taken care of, promise!
