My voucher doesn’t work… can you help?

Don't worry!  We'll take care of it for you.  Here are common reasons for voucher dysfunction and suggested solutions.

1) The waiting period is still on

Note that vouchers can take up to 24 hours to activate in the merchant's system.  Is it 24 hours since you received your voucher code? If not, please check again a little later

2) You are entering the code in the wrong field

Don't worry, happens all the time.  Different merchants call these codes by different names. Be sure to enter your code into fields marked "promo code" or "coupon code" first. Next try "gift code" or "gift certificate".  Not working? On to idea #3.

3) You may be typing it in wrong

What? Me? OK, we're not saying your made a typo, but it is possible, right?  Just do us a quick favor and try it again before going to #4

4) It's possible that the merchant typed your code in wrong when they set it up

Remember, most jasmere merchants are smaller operations. They might be entering several hundred voucher codes in by hand.  Please be forgiving :)  Best bet here is to go back to the email that included your voucher code... there, you will also find the merchant's customer service email.  Best bet is to ask them to double-check.
