I didn't get a confirmation - how can I be sure my order went thru?

Please be aware that jasmere (like so many other sites) sends an immediate email confirmation for any order.  If you didn't get a e-confirm (be sure to check your spam!) please contact us before the sale is over. Once the sale is over, we can no longer access the special price, and we may not be able to help.

Here are some other possibilities you should be aware of:

  • It's possible that you didn't click "confirm order" at the end of the checkout process.  Please remember to keep clicking until you reach our "thank you" screen.  "Thank you" and the subsequent e-confirm are your indication the order has gone thru properly.
  • You might have (gasp!) made a typo in your email address when entering in the order info.  You'd be amazed how often this happens.  The order went thru, your credit card has been charged but the voucher or order info went to customer@email-dot-"xom", not dot-"com".  If you see your credit card got charged but never got any acknowledgement via email, this is the likely culprit.  Let us know and we can help - we can look up your account by last name or physical address and change that dot-xom to dot-com for you!

Following the suggestions above, you'll be sure each order "takes". And you will never be left waiting by the mailbox months on end for the jasmere order that was never, well, ordered!
