Regardless of changes in these Terms Of Use, personally identifiable information will never be used in ways materially different than stated in these Terms of Use without first providing you a meaningful opportunity to opt-out or prevent that use.

PRIVACY

CP is respectful of the privacy concerns of the visitors to its sites on the Internet. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to its sites. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of CP Internet servers. This information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor. CP does not currently sell, trade or rent your email addresses to others, although we may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties who agree to abide by applicable terms similar to this privacy policy. Please note that when you purchase a product from any of our partner merchants (i.e., those featured on our site), you are agreeing to receive communication from them regarding this purchase, and may also receive future communication from them.  You can opt out of these communications at any time simply by indicating such a desire directly to the jasmere partner.  Please be aware that opting out of jasmere emails will not automatically opt you out from communication with our merchant partners.

We may from time to time use e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information to contact visitors who communicate with us, such as receiving our e-mail newsletters or being notified if they have won one of our contests. We may also contact you via telephone, text message or direct mail to let you know about these upcoming events, specials or other contests. All materials on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by CP or by other parties that have licensed their material to CP, ("Copyrights"). Material from www.jasmere.com or any web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by CP may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this Terms of Use Agreement, the use of any such material on any other web site or networked computer environment is prohibited.

CP's liability for any purchase made on this site is limited to the value of the final transaction amount. If for any reason CP, jasmere and their partners are unable to fulfill orders made on jasmere.com, jasmere will refund the customer full purchase amount (net of any taxes or discounts) but shall not be resonsible for producing or reimbursing the value of the featured item. At any time, at their sole discretion, CP and jasmere may reimburse a customer for the full net amount of their purchase on jasmere.com and be under no further obligation in regard to that customer's purchase. 

CP and jasmere reserve the right to limit accounts on this website to one account per person or household.  CP and jasmere further reserve the right to limit quantities of any particular item that any person or account may purchase.
